MOBILE FINGERPRINTING If you have a group of people that needs to be fingerprinted, we can come to you to complete the fingerprint process at your location.
In and effort to help our customers streamline their fingerprinting and onboarding needs, we started providing the option for mobile fingerprinting. If you have a group of 15 or more individuals that need to be livescan fingerprinted, we can come to your location. To maintain a high standard of service and to ensure that each offsite assignment is financially beneficial, we require a minimum of at least 15 livescans to schedule a remote fingerpint session. If upon completion of the fingerprinting at your location, and the customer fails to meet the minimum requirement, the client or requesting agency, or responsible individual will be required to pay the processing fee for the missing livescans. The current rate for offsite processing is $28.00 per person, plus the background check fee established by Maryland CJIS. The following breakdown shows all fees associated with the off-site fingerprinting.
Each off-site assignment requires the customer to complete an off-site fingerprint request form. Once the form is received by our office, we will contact you to discuss availability and if any further information is needed.
SITE REQUIREMENTS: Each location for the off-site fingerprint assignments must have the below provisions in place. Shelter - must be inside an enclosed building, structure, or trailer (no outside fingerprinting - this causes issues with the equipment especially in inclement weather) Must have a table or counter space of at least 4’ x 4’ area. (The counter/table must be clear of all other items and be of a sturdy nature - no make shift counters or tables) Must have access to a power outlet at the area where the fingerprinting is conducted (Must be permanent power connection - no generators or portable power units) Fingerprint area must be able to be sectioned off, in a seperate room, or at least have space to allow for sufficient spacing to alleviate any privacy concerns, and to maintain a good working space for the technician.
